Open Day for Academic Reserve Studies
ASRI took part in the Aerospace Engineering Faculty’s open day, hosting dozens of high school students who are interested in academic reserve studies of Aerospace Engineering.
Accompanied by Air Force aeroengineers who graduated from the faculty, the students got to see a display of students’ projects, hear about the studies at the faculty as well as the roles of aerospace engineers in the Air Force, and went on guided tours in several of the Faculty’s laboratories as well as ASRI’s Electrical Propulsion Lab and the Distributed Space Systems Lab, where Prof. Pini Gurfil, Dr. Vladimir Martinusi, and ASRI’s engineer Maxim Rubanovych and led them in interesting and knowledgeable tours. I was a great day!
